Dana 60 won't engage

    Hi, got a 01 2500 CTD, front rear end won't engage, any thoughts, seems to have vacuum and lines seem to be tight?????

    I have a 99 and my vacuum line for 4wd is on pass side of the intake you should see a couple of ports for vacuum start there..... mine came loose there and it also affected my blower control to defrost only.

    dont know if it helps but im new to dodge 4wd but thats what mine was, if the lines are all hooked up and no leaks then i was told its going to be the actuator the vacuum hooks into on the front axle

    Actuator on the axle, all fixed, 4x4 again
