Maybe I am reading this wrong. Calls me ...where are you...I can hardly get out my driveway lol.

if she is on perpush go plow it..... (for me it would be $40-50 for the at driveway)

If she is on seasonal then, point out it has not met requierments... and you be willing to put her on a per push contract.........

I might show her the picture and tell her you'd be more than happy to change her plowing to per push to accomodate her needs. Sweet talk her you can probably talk her into a low trigger if she thinks her 1" of snow is actually 3-4". Why throw the money away unless she is a PITA.

shoot, I have a commercial (24 emergency Vet hospital) that made me move from 2 to 4" trigger
    4 inches!!!!!
    sometimes it's an icy mess.
I made them send a letter stating it's their choice and their mess

now, it gets sunny here in the winter and we don't get months of ice like you midwest guys do
    but still

I bet there's 6" there and you didn't push the tape measure to the bottom. J/K

That's the reason I don't do driveways anymore.

At least there is no question with commercial.

If its not bare pavement you have to make it that way.

Be it an inch, a dusting, or a foot.

A commercial having a "trigger depth" is unheard of around here.

You cannot leave any amount of snow on a parking lot. If its not enough to get plowed it gets salted. Everyone expects dry pavement within a few hours of any precipitation.

Otherwise they lawyers will be lining up.

We had two restraunts want us to trigger at 3" this year and even then he wanted to call us to come out. I dropped them... they're not worth it.

I'd plow commercial except I would have to take a pay cut.

I routinely see people driving on 5-6". Years ago, I had a customer who wanted a 12" trigger. I told him he needed to find some else. He did.
