Has anyone ever attempted to taking out the cushion valves and pressure relief valve and rebuild them. And can you get rebuild kits for them.

If you mean crossover relief valves then yes but I have never tried to repair a psr relief valve. Generally if the pump is that old I would replace the whole pump. Crossover valves come in pairs as a little kit. A spring, ball, seat and new screw with o-ring.

I GOT IT!!! found a small 1/4" nut I threaded on the 3 way valve to keep the cable from coming off. Come to find out it was causing the cable to twist. Took it off. It was like a new cable. Adjusted. And just like the mechanics manual. 4 second turns. Best I have ever had. ☺
