I have a new last years model. It is a great plow. I love it. It is a heavy plow and I have it on a 2008 F250 Super Duty Deisel. The only change I would make is to the lights. The new ones are a lot brighter.

how much plowing per stormto you do with that rig we comercialy plow. i agree about the lights they aren't very bright. and also can't seem to keep them adjusted. the plow i had the molboard hinge broke off the wedge that it was welded to. we just re welded it . is this plow a trip edge now or full trip.

the new plow is a trip edge, the new headlights are a 200percent improvement. I have a new style one on my 06 which I have not had a chance to plow with yet as we have not had enough snow to justify bringing that truck into service. in fact we have only had two plowable events so far. they did change that center section you had toruble with tnough. the plow is a huge improvment form looking at it versus the old one I just wish they had made it go alittle faster.

I have the 9' V plow bought new in Jan 2010. My plow some how goes up at a good speed but slams down when i push for it to go down. Does anyone else have a V-plow that does that or know why that might happen?

Mine did that too, I loosened the locknut and adjusted the float solenoid to slow it down. I only smashed a few brick pavers setting it up.

I would agree if they put it on the truck it should have been adjusted or at least addressed with you.

I was looking through the product sheet and as well on the plow itself to find where the float valve thing is to adjust it for going down slower. Is there a picture or form online showing this?
