... Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 1 am to 9 am EST
    Sunday...

The National Weather Service in Upton has issued a Winter Weather
Advisory... which is in effect from 1 am to 9 am EST Sunday.

Any rain and sleet will change over to all snow after midnight... and
continue through the overnight before tapering off Sunday
morning. Strong winds will cause blowing snow and near blizzard
like conditions at times. Snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches
    are expected.

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow... sleet... or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while
    driving.

Had up to 6" drifts around Stamford, CT. this morning. I couldn`t even get any sleep last night. Thought either a tree was coming down on my house... or the roof was gonna blow off !:dizzy:

We got about 2 inches here if you can find a spot where the wind didnt blow it away.

Wacky snow fall over here in OC. Warwick had 6-7", MIddletown 3", and the drifting is pretty significant. There are some areas where the grass is visible and then you hit a 10" drift a mile up the road. The sun is out now and the wind is really howling.

    Weird Morning in Danbury

First I lost the Piston seal on my F-350 9 Ft. Diamond then The L-8000 I use blew a hydraulic line so I switched to the New Holland Back-Hoe with a 10ft pusher got the Parking lot clear and Broke a chain doing clean up

all in all it cleaned up well though had a customer at the store tell me the Parking lot was much better than the roads and that was at 1:00 pm

tomorrow I get to go out at 3am to sand then bring the L 8000 to the shop for repair..

enjoy the down time for a while

Put well vipereng2. What a waste of a storm. Went out anyways to plow what snow didnt blow off the driveways/lots. There was a good 1/2" coating of ice under everything. Went through a **** load of sand and salt though. Theyre calling for another icey? mixed? mess for tuesday night into wednesday (depending who you listen to). I hate how 3 stations broadcast out of Hartford and each has totally different stories!!

    Snow Drifts

Up here in the lakes region of NH we had snow drifts this morning around 3-4 feet tall. All that from a snow storm that dropped 4 inches of snow. Crazy New England Weather, and more @#&%ing rain on Tuesday night
