Here we go again hope you have some room left

    Tuesday Noon Update

Now, the forecast from Storm Team 8's Dr. Mel and News Channel 8.

Through the morning, a low pressure system continued to move southeastward toward the region. The system may track close enough to Connecticut for a general snowfall of 4 to 8 inches. The computer models are leaning in that direction. The snow will get underway just before dawn and taper off during the afternoon on Wednesday. Bitterly cold temperatures will follow.

I barely have any room left on my driveway to pile the snow! Even the previous storm to Charles posed a problem for me of where to put the snow...now here comes more. I don't mind though

I'm close, on long island and now they say 3"-5" here by weds pm! I'll take it. Isn't it the best when it stops snowing in the evening and you can work pretty much all nite without hassle and be done before all awaken? Then be a couch victim the next day.

...the National Weather Service In Upton Ny Has Issued A Winter
Weather Advisory From Late Tonight Through 4 Pm Wednesday...

Snow Will Overspread The Region From West To East Overnight. Most
Areas Should See Between 1 And 2 Inches By Daybreak With Another 2
To 3 Inches Falling During The Day. This Would Give A Total Snowfall
Of Between 3 And 5 Inches Across The Region By The Time It All Wraps
Up Late In The Day Wednesday. In Addition...some Light Freezing
Drizzle May Mix In At Times Wednesday Afternoon.

Remember...a Winter Weather Advisory Is Issued When Snow And Or
Ice Is Forecast To Develop In The Affected Areas...but Accumulations
Are Expected To Be Light. Any Snow Or Ice Would Make Driving And
Walking Difficult But Not Impossible On Untreated Roadways And
Sidewalks. When Temperatures Are Below Freezing...motorists Need To
Be Especially Careful On Bridges And Overpasses Where Slippery Spots
    Can Easily Develop.
