SIMA, Landscape Management Network, and Caterpillar will present 3 upcoming workshops featuring speaker Mike Lysecki of the Landscape Management Network. The one day workshops, entitled "Creating a More Profitable Snow Business," will be held in:

    • Albany, NY - July 26 at Milton Caterpillar
    • Minneapolis, MN - August 2 at Ziegler Caterpillar
    • Denver, CO - August 9 at Wagner Caterpillar
This one-day workshop will help you analyze your operations, identify waste, leverage efficiency, and create a leaner and meaner plan for success. Attendees will leave the workshop with:

    • A comprehensive plan for profit , specifically for your snow services
    • The ability to calculate how much overhead your snow business should recover
    • A breakdown of the hourly cost of each piece of equipment providing service
Speaker Mike Lysecki built his experience as Director of Operations for The Beach Gardener, a multi-million dollar landscape and snow services company in Ontario, as they developed internal systems, processes and training that would reduce mistakes, increase productivity and align staff around a common vision of success. Mike now serves as director of the Landscape Management Network, an online collection of all the systems built for The Beach Gardener, now available to all landscape and snow and ice contractors.

The cost is $119 for SIMA Members and $159 for non-members. Visit http://www.sima.org/displaycommon.cfm?an=1&subarticlenbr=424 for more information and to register, or call the SIMA office at 414-375-1940.
