I have a Henderson V-Box spreader on the back of a 3/4 ton Chevy diesel Chassis. I just got the inside of the box sanded and ready to paint.

    1. What is the best pant to use?
    2. I will be putting down 2 coats of primer first so what primer to use?

    3. How full should I fill the spreader before I go out to sand/salt?

You could go all the way a paint as Fisher states.
1.We have used primers and topped off with a product by SEM; they actually carry the exact color match.
    2. primer that has etching qualitys(filler)
3.not sure which one your spreading or whats your route like, but i'd go with level.

Hydro, I have a bunch of POR 15 if you decide to go that way. Self etching primer, prep cleaners, gray base, top cotes, clear coats and solvant to spray with.
