Could I spray Fluid Film inside a disposal bin to prevent snow from sticking to it if we're hauling it off site?

How long would the initial treatment last?

Any other ideas for how to treat the inside of a bin to prevent snow from sticking to it?

Is it painted? Would seem to me wax would be the way to go for painted, but FF for bare/rusted steel.
