Paid $4800 for my 8'2" VXT no installation as I already had an RT3 mount on the truck.

I am thinking they will be around $5600. I know they were slightly more than the normal V and the quote I got was over a year ago now but thats the ball park, just shy of 6 would be safe to say.

well, simply to compare the speed of another vxt to mine. i know the regular v's are way faster, but there also less weight.
however, my biggest thing i would like to compare is the play i have in the plow, if i lift it off the ground, and grab a side and swing it, there is alot of movement. just seems odd to me, that its not more restircted

$5400, with smartlocks and installed. tax not included was the price I got a couple weeks ago when I put a new 9'2" (regular) on my truck. Regular 9'2" was $5200. Regular 8'2" was $5000.

Boss put an orifice in the valve that slows them down this year. But all the plows this year should be equally fast. You can remove the orifice to get the speed back up.

This was also with smarklock cylinders. I do not think anyone in my area has them without.
