    wondering what the best stuff to put in a contract is iv alwese listed im not responclabel for damage dew to snow removel i will mark your drivway to help unessacery damage. how ever it seems like i dont get as many custamers iv never had any complates iv tore up my share of grass wondering if its a good idea are not to have that in there to cover my ass :cry: havent had any snow to plow it a month are so :cry: :cry:

    This is a contract I had my lawyer write up for me .


    General Waiver and Release For Snow Plowing

    Address:___________________________________
    Released Party is Roland Pelletier.

    The Customer named above assumes any risks, and takes full
    responsibility and waives any and all claims of personal injury, including severe bodily injury, damage to personal property
    including lawns ,fences or any other items relating to snow
    plowing at this address________________________________.

    This General Waiver document signed in the
    County of Providence.

    This General Waiver document signed in the
    State of RI.
