I'm trying to get a contract written up for snow plowing. What should I cover in the contract? How should I word things to cover myself in case something happens?
    Any help is appreciated

Include whatever the lawyer writes. Safest that way.

They'll have a database of things they can tap into to provide info on what should be included.

Getting a little late into the season aren't you? There are some copies floating around here, just need to look around But do get a lawyer ,just write down some basics that you want into it.
