Im trying to figure out the best way to bid a 12 unit condo. Im not sure if I should bid each unit seperatly with a small discount or just figure how long its going to take to do all 12 units and add my hourly rate. Ive searched on here and found lots of info on what equipment I should use but not to much on bidding them. Thanks

Forget about the bidding each unit separately stuff.

Figure out how you want to bill out on the property...or what the client wants. Per Occurrence, Per Event, Seasonal, or Hourly..Then do what you were going to do, and figure out how long to plow different snow depths, and add up how long it would take with how much you need to make each hour.
