Im running a 8' 2" V on concrete parking lots and this stuff is wearing out cutting edges like crazy, what are you guys doing to slow the wear process down some? Im also not using shoes and wondering if i should be. Also has anyone tried using rubber cutting edges and having any luck with them?

if your not running the new style edges you may want to try them out
very little wear on mine after 100 plus hours of plowing

depends on the edges also if you bout from like central parts or the buyers edges they will wear faster and also run shoes I got new boss edges and we do a lot of scraping down and they still go fast without shoes

The last two sets i had were the new style without the curb guards. Yesterday i put a new set on with the curb guards and this time im going to put the shoes on and see what happens, hope this works this set of edges cost me $405. Thanks everyone for the feedback.
