    Northern tool has been selling something like that for years. I thin k the big difference is the Northern unit is self powered.....

    I don't see how that's driven by the truck. It looks like a motor might be in the bed with the chain like that.

    I've seen that truck, it's in Rome, NY. The blower is run by a engine in the bed of the truck, and the truck has been sitting there as long as i can remember

    yea there was something in the bed just didn't look, i had to go to utica college with my kid and seen it there so i took a quik pic. didn't want to be to nosy in a strange town, lottsa coppers there

    yea got motor in the bed, last yr i stopped in and took pics and talked to the owner of the tuck,

    It would make a good driveway truck. Blowers do a much cleaner job than plows and you don't ever really run out of room for snow. I think something on a smaller scale, like an S10 or Jeep would be the cat's arse.

    I remember years ago a fella had a 1980 Chevy K30 dually with a blower up front. The truck had a 305 engine mounted in the bed to run the blower, I know there is or was a company around here that sold Hanson snow blowers for trucks. The one in the pic could be a old Hanson.

    i remember up north in big moose station that guy had a truck just like it but it was white with blue blower on it,


    Rome is popular for blower trucks lol
