I'm not sure where B&B gets his parts from, but I was quoted close to 1600 for all the truck side stuff!

B7B if you read this, let me know where you shop! I'll save $$$$$$

I just went through this in early December when I transferred my MM2 from my old 1994 1500 to my 2004 2500HD. I was able to reuse my power wiring (solenoid, power cables, etc) and wiring harness to the plow, as well as my joystick controller, so this saved me some money. I don't have the list here in front of me as far as individual prices, but the total cost for the new pushplates, headlight wiring harness, control harness, and isolation module was just under $700 ($696 and change). I would guess that the power wiring will be another $150 or so, and the joysticks run about $130, or the Fishstik runs about $225, so total you are probably looking at around $1000-$1150 for everything, not including installation.

I installed everything myself, and then took it to the dealer to check out once I was done. He was going to charge me $200 to install everything, but I had just finished removing all the old parts from my old truck, and I also helped him initially install the plow on the 94, so I was familiar with what/where everything had to go. It's actually pretty straightforward, just need to take your time and read the instructions.
