If the smell bothers the residents enough will they demand that the city "cut the cheese"?

Everyone is a comedian……….Re-use of byproducts from manufacturing is a great thing providing it can be done without adding excessive cost.
We have a huge number of Micro Brewery’s around here which generates a large amount of waste. Small local bakeries are using the grain from the brewery’s to make bread and small local farmers are using the grain to feed hogs and cattle.
Fryer oil is also used a lot in diesels, you can be running down the road and smell French fries with no fast food joint with in miles.
