    My guess?

    3
I didn't include that truck loading area (?) at the bottom left
that's going to be another 1/2 hour or so if that's part of it.

I assume the lots actually mostly empty when you plow it?

    More like 4

All depends on the snow, 2 inch trigger, you will do it in about 3 maybe 2.5, but more than that, more time. Where would you go with the snow also?

As someone said earlier, my 3 hour guesstimate is for 2-6 inches or so. Over that it's going to go up.

Am I going to have to do it next? :D

I'd push that section on the far right (the square) first,

Then I would push the long section (top part), it looks like it all goes to the islands by the entry way, longer runs are most efficient.

Then that underground parking entrance (I finally figured out what that was), push that out of the way
then that little smaller square section (bottom left)

I guess i was taking it a bit easy, it took me 4 hours to do. he said it used to take him 3 hours but im not sure if he did it the same as me

plus its a 24 hour A&P so for some reason people at ALWAYS there
