This is a quote I got from American Family insurance:

    contractors package program - $404/year
-$1mil - products - completed operations aggregate limit
    -$500 property damage deductible
    -$500,000/$1,000,000 - liability occurrence/general aggregate limit
-$5000- medical expense - each person limit
-$5000/25,000 with $250 each claim deductible - damage to personal property of others occurrence/aggregate limit
includes: personal & advertising injury, hired & nonowned auto
-$5000 - contractors equipment total scheduled limit
    -$500 - contractors equipment deductible
    -$7000 - catastrophe limit

    business auto w/snowplow rider 250/300 - $1,061/year

    thats a total of $1,465/year divided by 12 = $122.08/month

Seems way low. Better read the fine print. At those prices go to a 2-3 million liability.

Sounds like a good deal, I have been getting quotes lately in the 1700-2000 range. I am in the Cincinnati area.

im going in monday to sign papers and get more information on the legitimacy of the insurance.

the insurance agent is a fellow alumni from my college fraternity...

he also told me he has a leather insurance card presentation binder that he will give to me

i am also pretty sure he applied every discount available....

i am a firm believe that it is not always what you know, its who you know.

I pay a $100 more than you with the same packages but a $2 mil liability, plus you may have a different truck than I do so im sure that is part of it also. I have been with am fam for 6 years now and they are great! My wife had gotten into an accident and her car was fixed in less than 3 weeks and looks even better than new.

    Insurance

I just switched mine to state farm. I have a 2006 F-350 as well as a 1995 F-450 both 4x4 and the premium is $1300/year with 2million coverage. I thought that was a killer deal. This was with plows on both trucks as well as a salt spreader in the F-450.

I pay 1400 a year for two rigs both plow and both run Pilot car, 1mil coverage.

I have thought about upping it to 2mill but I have not called them to get a quote for upping it
