I am growing, I just went through the whole process of forming an LLC. I have filed all documents with the PA goverment, I have gone through the insurance process, I am getting my Liability insurance etc. etc.

My question is: must I charge tax on my plowing services?

I tried the search, but didnt get anywhere.

I don't because the wonderful state of maine doesn't require me to do so. But I do have a clause that if the state imposses a tax then they'd be charged

NO! You can not charge sales tax in PA for snow plowing. You CAN charge tax on salt and salting services. If your going LLC and all you should know this stuff. At least you tried the search first.
