I have a question for you all. I've plowed all my residential driveways yesterday. I rec'd some calls from customers today asking me to come back to plow again (snow had fallen again since I've plowed their driveway) Would you charge them for another plowing or would you discount the second plowing?

    Your input is greatly appreciated!

Depends how you're charging them. I have some customers that I gave a set price for snowfall in a 24 hour period, beginning with the storm, and some that I charge every visit. FI they called, they definately want the service, then they should pay for the service.payup
