can manually push plow to pass side fender

    hi all looking for some help I got a new to me 8ft mm2 hd with 3 plug insta act plow I discovered today that with the plow up and me standing in front of the plow faceing it and the trks windshield I can push on the plow towards the trks passenger side fender and manually compress the pass side angle cylinder half way and I can pull it back to center also I CAN NOT push the driver side cylinder plow works with the controller as it should with good speed and pretty quiet ANY opinions on fixing this THANKS
