on my meyer e-47.... at first it was only going left, well i found the problem with a defaulty c vavle, I tried to salvage one from my extra pump, made sure the orings are good, the internal plunger has movement, but it wont hold pressure after i angle it, i can push it only back to the left (driver side) by hand, but the other ram has presssure.... if the plunger in that c valve is defaulty could that cause this?

May have cut an O-ring on the valve on it's way in. Happen's more than you'd think. Pull the valve and double check them. They have to be PERFECT to work correctly.
