I have very bad dealer support...That's why I need some help on this

My Dual burn Is not working right.....The highs come on But the low beams are very dim

    Also 1 Relay Is buzzing

I have checked the Vehicle Option connector and Its In the right position
I also checked the Dual Burn wire ....And Its also In the correct - on the battery

I tried another relay, and that buzzes as well

The Plow Is a Brand New V-XT on a 02 Dodge

That sucks, it's generally pretty hard to screw up a Boss install unless your name is Triple L. ;)

Is the control kit wiring harness a brand new style harness with 5 relays in the relay pack, or did they add the dual-burn relay kit to an older harness?

I'm no expert...But to me It seems like theres low voltage to the lowbeams

And also a buzzing relay, Maybe Is also the sign of low voltage to the relay

And low voltage could be a bad ground some where

I would check your voltage at the coil contacts of the relay. Work from there.

    Daner,
On an '02 Dodge with 2 headlight replaceable bulb systems, the Dual-Burn Placement wire (Red/White wire) needs to be connected to the Negative terminal on the battery and not the positive terminal. Also check the Vehicle Option Connector as it should be connected in a reverse pattern so the White/Yellow wire connects to the Red/Yellow wire. It has to be one of the two things above to create your problem...

I have already checked all that, And there In the correct position
And the Red/White Goes to ground ,right on the battery

Relay still Buzzes and Head lamps dim

    Thanks for your reply

Look for the white/yellow wire.....Its conected to the 5th and the 3rd relay

Cut the white/yellow wire from the 3rd relay and cap It off

Take the white/yellow wire from your 5th relay and connect It to a Inline fuse, then to the +pos. on the battery

Make sure the red/white wire with the inline fuse Is conected to the Neg. side of the battery

This Is for the 2002 Dodge only

    Try your lights now

Is this also. Applicable on my 2001 as I have the 5 relay pack brand new and have the buzz and my lights stay on when I turn the vehicle lights off.

Just did phone is a little slow to notify me!!

I am unsure if this is the same set up as mine as I have only 1 bulb per side on my truck not seperate high-low bulbs. Just want to make sure before I start hackin on my new harness!
    Thanks
