Hello all, had my first problems with my boss today. My plow is a 9'0 straight blade. On a 04 f-350 drw truck. Has anyone else had anything like this before? I bought the plow used 6 years ago. It had some decent were and tear on it when i got it. May try and repair this one? Also thought about upgrading to a new plow. What do you guys think?

Really. My hair and nails are always done before I go out plowing.
    Weld it up and run
