Brickman on site machines ?

    Does anyone konw how or what Brickman is charging for there machines that are left onsite ? A local dealer said that they are charging the customer for machines to sit there in case it snow then thier hourly rate.

    Brickman leaves rental machines on bigger sites, usually along with bulk chem. They dont charge customers however it allows for fast mobilization. Usually the machines stay onsite thru early spring and are then used for mulch. This is what I have heard hehe...

    also saw valley crest did the same.. left machines and salt pile at a local supermarket.. no need to move to site each storm

    We have 21 machines on site right now and all winter. Mulch better response times

    on the sites that we leave equipment on site we do not charge the client. it is for our benefit, not theirs. they have to look at it parked there all the time. the fact that some people pay for an "on site" fee is unbelievable to me...
