brake pedal very hard to push

    I have a 1990 chevy van and the brake pedal is extremely hard to push? What could be the problem? the brakes work fine but are very hard to push. thanks

    vacume line that goes to your booster all in tact?

    Booster could be bad. Has happened to me b4.

    If it's not your vacuum, or line then it is your booster for sure.

    Smokey - Is the pedal hard to push all the time? I have a similar issue but its intermittent.
