brake controler

    i have a prodigy p2 brake controler and today it showed the nc when i dont have anything conected to the plug or had anything connected in awhile. i also checked the wiring real quick and couldnt find anything just looking at it. if any one has any ideas im open to suggestions on what to look for.

    usually what that means that your brake feed wire is
    1 shorted to gnd
    2 corroded b/c it got frayed
    3 your controller is starting to go south.
    4 trail plug is corroded, shorted.
    start the wire tracing from the controller to the trail plug...pay real close attention to where the wire touches the firewall,,frame and crossmembers

    thanks i traced all they wires they looked good when i disconected the ground for the controler on my battery then reconnected it it seemed to reset it and now its fine again
