Problem started as a studder left / right. Going up and down is fine. You can hear the plow wanting to move (pressing the left / right you can hear the pump) just doesn't. It's now stuck all the way right.

Any ideas on where to start first?

Fixed the problem. Came home one day and walked by the plow truck and the frame on the plow was covered in hydraulic fluid (from just sitting parked). The hydraulic pump was dirtier than dirty. Tore it apart and replaced the screens and the O rings. Put in fresh fluid. Works like a charm.
