I am still wondering if someone made a mistake....I got the Boss Standard Poly 7'6"...I know that's what it is because the label on the Plow says so. But the Boss specs say that I should have 3 trip springs and no shock absorber. See my pic here Plow Springs

Will 4 springs be too strong for the plow if it's rated for 3 springs? Looks like a real easy fix.

I know the shock is a good thing and typically an item found on pro plows.

    Thanks,
    John

By looking at your picture, it looks like you have the 7'6 ploy Superduty. Standard duty only comes with 3 shocks. :waving:

    Nice score!

That looks like a very rugged plow. How's your truck handle it?

Haven't had a chance to plow with it...But with Timbrens, the truck seems to handle pretty well. A few pics of my truck are in the pics forum, thread named My New Boss
