Boss TGS1100 or Buyers TGS07? What do you think is better?

TGS1100, with no doubt at all. Easier mounting, easier dismounting, and second to none customer service. There's not enough of a price difference to get me to look at anything else.

If we were talking V boxes, it's a whole nother story....

We are excited to announce that BOSS has entered into an agreement to become a part of Toro.

Purchased a lightly used Boss TGS 1100 spreader. Looks like a nice unit. Shall see soon enough!

You'll love it. Is it the SmartHitch attachment?

It's the non rt3 mount because I wanted to be able to transfer to a couple different trucks without needing to put new hitch on each truck. I have a couple wired up...I know it's not near as easy to attach/unattach but I'm not concerned with that. Just want a spreader that works well and is reliable using bagged rock salt.

The RT3 is easy, just take the slide in reciever and move it from truck to truck with the box. Just like you would a trailer ball.

So it's not a different hitch that needs to go on truck first?
