Has anyone else seen the new boss box plows? They look pretty interesting, I would love to try one out. The videos show them taking on a boulder. Theres some other info on the boss website.

Every time I see a video of a pusher plowing snow it is a 1" snowfall. Are these guys afraid to go outside when the real snow hits.

Snow machines can only make so much before it starts to melt!

    I agree with you Cet.
The first video is kind of cool. But, most objects that we encounter in parking lots dont move like that boulder. I would like to see a Boss Box on Arctic's test site.

I don't like that bucket mount type. Id like to see a direct mount. Anyone got an idea on prices?

I wonder how long untill they come out with a 10ft, 8ft, and the bigger yet models.

Its nice how the box move up and down independently of the machine. Now make it pivot!!
Putting all that weight (Attempt at scraping) on the cutting edge is just going to wear it out faster. @ 2000lbs, that unit is heavy enough to get through most "Normal" traffic pack.
I mean BOSS also makes salters. I would think they want to sell them to?

    Over all fairly impressive.

There are other videos that are on the Boss Youtube channel. Not that they are any better. But I would like to see it in person. I love our boss plows, we have one salter and it works fine, but its not a snow ex. I would also like to see a direct mount. If anyone gets a quote please let us know what they are going for.

Idk man, it seems a little flimsy! Like that one side lifts up and the other dosn't. Also you guys are saying you want a quote, just a little friendly tip, it is usualy never good to buy first generation items, because you are the ginny pigs sorta say! Kinda like the iPhone 4 (dosn't work when you hold a certain way.)

    Just my 2 cents.

Also would like to see a direct mount. Oh and the trip edge looks nice.

Isn't the "Iphone 4" the fourth generation? Just thought I would point that out. Please proceed.

1st generation of the iPhone 4, kind like 3g and 3gs.

Its a snow pusher, not an I phone.

I mean what could go wrong with this Boss? Even on a bad day its still going to push snow.

I have seen them in person at local dealer and they seem good for us and we own 17 pushers...we will add (1) to fleet to see how it does this year.
