bobcat versahandler front axle heating up

    i have a 2007 v638 bobcat versahandler. i have been hearing a moaning noice from the right front tire. i took the hub apart to check the gears and all goog in the hub. i added new fluid and all was good. the next day i drove it acrose town 30min drive and i saw smoke from the front axle. i cheked the fluid it was ok level but was so hot i burnt my rubber gloves when i felt the front axel. could the hydrostatic trany brake be sticking? is some thing broken on the inside? please help if ya know any thing
