Hey guys trying to help a buddy out with a issue he is having. I am coming up short. He has a 5 relay system and is blowing I believe the dual burn fuse. He has a 04 ford f150 and according to boss that dual burn wire has to be hooked to the positive on the battery. This just started happening it does it when the plow is on and off the truck. He is going to try and replace the relays to make sure that isn't the issue. I think its a ground issue somewhere. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Could be a solenoid going south, feeding back. If he keeps a spare on hand try swapping it out.

He found out it was a couple melted wires shorting out. He told me via phone what was going on and I never thought to ask about this.
