blade speed

    i have a standard duty 7'6 rt3 blade that i had since new back in 06 which has been faithfully good to be me with no issues beside basic wear n tear items needing replaced . but i have been noticing lately that my blade dosnt move as fast as it used to , is there any kind of adjustment that needing done or is something starting to see its days numbered ?

    do you change the oil every year?
    my old boss from 2003 started moving slow and one of the workers said something and i didnt really think anything of it and then during one storm it went from slow to not moving at all and i brought it in and the motor was shot. original motor, guy said he hadnt seen an original motor last so long
    so it could be the motor

    i have always changed the fluid once a year since new

    I have the same set up so I want to see what you find out here.

    So far mine is still lighting fast compared to what I was used to in past.

    I'm still learning the new to me plow but it is the cats meow IMO.
