Our town is currently using 10' x 6" steel blades edges, Our suppliers shipped 10' x 8" in error. They are offering us a deal if we keep them, it's tempting, since they are already here and i won't have to wait for the next batch. I have 10' Monroe and Gledhill plows. Would I be facing any issues with the slightly higher blade edges? Let me add that this is a two and a half square town mile town, plows not going over 20-25 mph. Any opinions appreciated.

If you can raise the rear of the "A" frame to be level and maintain the plow geometry it shouldn't be an issue.
