I have a "new" Blizzard 8600sw on a 2008 F350. When I have the blade angled to the right, and bring it back to the left it will vibrate the truck. It does a different amount of vibration every time.

I say new, as it was put on in 2011 and has not pushed a full snow yet. Just touch ups.

I find no leaks/pitting on the cylinder. No hose leaks (stored inside), and the reservoir is filled to within 1" as owners manual says.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks
    Mike

Maybe a packing nut is to tight on the cylinder causing it to bind.

How about chatter from the blade shifting on the pivot beam as the cables pull the blade side to side?
