sorry ducky, I only have experience with Fisher. But I will say on the old fisher electric hydraulic units, the adjustment screw only had a limited area where it would work (at least mine).

In short, just a small adjustment made a lot of difference. But this also affected angling during raising the plow.

Are you sure you don't have a leak somewhere in a valve??

Again, never worked on a meyers! :alien:

    problem fixed"blade falls hard"

hey guys got my ploblem fixed.....
I called Meyers Products in Cleveland,Ohio and talked with the Tech
Dept.Very helpful guys they told me i had some junk in the pump which
caused the "A"valve to stay open.Solved problem by draining fluid and
removeing the lowering blade screw, then i used air hose and about 80lb.
of air through the fill hole and the junk came out of the lowering ajustment
hole.filled with fresh fluid and set ajustment screw about 1/4 turn back
    from closed..IT WORK GREAT...............

    Meyer Products in Cleveland
    Phone #(216)486-1313
    ask for Tech Dept.
    Thanks guys.
