My other business is truck washing mainly a mobile service but we also do some washing at our facility. Got a call last night from one of the motorcycle companies that they are in town for a show this weekend and would like a wash tomorrow morning. It was about 24 out this morning when we started so you can only do so much. All were happy and they did look pretty good for being coated with ice when we were done.

This is my 06 T300 back when it was new and we were building the pressure washers. We build them in house and run pumps off of a pto and carry 1200 gallons of fresh water and 400 gallons of waste water.

Trucks like these are $70 for tractor and trailer, no waxing today soap was freezing in about 30 seconds. They all were soaped and rinsed.

You must recover your water when washing so it does not go down a storm drain. We cover up drains or set up booms to contain the water, then suck it up when done. Truck it all back to our shop and filter it, check ph, then it goes into a oil water separator and then to the sanitary sewer.

$70 for a combo is kind of on the high end for us. Some customers pay about $10 for a tractor wash when they have a volume of 250+ units per week,
