When bidding a job with a "per month" or "per season" price, how may pushes do you base your bid on?

. . . The snowfall for the season divided by the trigger

    eg

    150 inches per season
    2 inch trigger
    150/2=75
    75 pushes

per month is seasonal divided by number of months in snow season (4 or 5 or 6)
