    HI GUYS HOPE EVERYONE IS GETTING READY FOR WINTER AND HAS HAD A GOOD YEAR. I JUST BID A JOB FOR SNOW REMOVAL AND I BID IT PER PUSH LIKE I HAVE DO IN THE PAST, BUT THE GUY THAT HAD IT LAST YEAR ARE DOING IT BY THE HOUR SO TO BE COMPETIVE WITH THEM I NEED TO DO IT BY THE HOUR . IF YOU HAVE ANY ADVISE IT WOULD BE A BE HELP THANKS.xysport

    Take your cap lock off first
    you need to know your operating costs
    do a "search" plenty of help there

    what's better 50 dollars with a hour minimum or 50 dollars a push that takes half hour? You need to explain to them first ,they may not know how long it tales to plow the lot.
