how do you go about bidding on three year accounts? a certain percetage every year? they want the bid by an hourly rate so lets say the rate is x, do you go x for this year and then x for 5-10% for the next year?

    Thanks in advance!

if the rate is say $100 this year, add 3.5% a year should cover you

so next year it would be $103.50

and the next would be $107.12

this is what i have done with 3 year contract and it covered my rear even when fuel went up so much

I agree + a 3 year contract lets you invest in new equipment, knowing you have work for the next 3 years.

Yes but our one client just shaved off the last year

I think they got someone cheaper
