Anyone ever do a bid based on a flat rate per parking space? Say if im doing one that is 8 spaces, plenty of room to pile and no long driveway in...

Looking to give a seasonal and per push price on something like this. 2" trigger, de-ice occasionally.

I hear it is done on really big lots, but I don't think it would work on anything small. The math wouldn't make sense.

im upstate from you bluerage, so my prices are probably a little different than yours, but what do you charge per sqaure foot? These lots dont have too many pot holes or anything out of the ordinary.
