    :See attached Picture:

    1. Will include lot to the building and lot directly south of building. All sidewalks and entrance areas AND salt for walk ways.

    2. What do you charge for follow up service during the same snow event? Same price as the initial removal?

Where are you planning on stacking snow?

The parking lots do not interconnect. Where you see the red line is where I would stack, except at the entrance areas/ where it may obstruct visual access patrons entering and exiting the main road to the north. (North is top side of the picture.)

Would 160- 175$ be out of the question?? I've done a lot of residentials but very very few commercials.

    My opinion is

    2"-4"
    $120 - trucks there 45 minites tops

    "2-4"
    $50 - Sidewalks 45 minutes tops

400lbs salt (walks and lot) 15 minutes tops
    $80

1 Hour Total on job (worst case)

good luck, I've been told my prices can be high but I''m in this to make money.

    2-4 120.00 salt 110.

    Increase 35% for 4-6 6-8

I would plan 1.5 hours to consider drive time and clean up.

    Follow up? 120 / 110.
