Hey guys, me again. I was wondering what to charge a Mcdonalds parking lot, i dont have exact sqft, and no side walks, salt is by request only. I know most of the mcdonalds parking lots are pretty much the same so im thinking of this.

    2 to 4 175 per push
    4-6 225 per push
    6-8 285 per push
    8-10 350 per push,

salt maybe 10 bags total in parking lot. should i give them a discount for more that one, or keep it pretty much the same. ita about a 30 square mile round trip for a total of 6 lots??

  2. what part of il are you in i might be able to get you 10 more if you want them

Ill 2nd that, 175.00 for a Mcdonalds parking lot, I don't think you would ever get that here in Michigan. Maybe I wrong but that seem's high to me.

    Regards Mike

I've never bid one. Im trying to get to bid BK but not getting the ok, but they have to be worth close to that. Theyare high maintenance deals with all the foot traffic and liability, and often designed in such a way that makes for a challenging push, even when empty.

Like Ive said. This business is going down the tubes price wise if you cant get 150 to push a retail business like that.

I looked at one 3 years ago. Measured it out to equeal 18 drives that are 100' long. Bid it for $150.00 per 2" push. The guy that got the job did it for $55.00 and shoveled the small walkway.

    Well there ya go.

Like I said. Down the tubes. At least resi's seem to have some standard pricing or as close to it as this deals gonna get. Seems the bigger the property, the worse peoples mathmatics gets.

Any less than 150.00 and i wouldn't TOUCH IT! (not in MA) That wouldn't cover what i pay for insurence!! Wait 'till Joe Schmo gets sued! and see how long he stays in business! :gunsfiring:

  10. I'm in North West Illinois and I'll take 10 Mac's at 150.00 a push.....:waving:
