Since so many people ask about the backdrag blade, here's some pictures. I will try to get more

I will get some of the standard fisher plows, all our plows are equipped with this type of blade.

Very nice. How long does that edge last?

The blade lasts approximately 5 years. But I would recommend changing it after 3 since the edges wear out unevenly (when the plow is tilted, the edge scraped on the floor if the plow clearance isn't high enough)

thats different. does it make any noise during travel????

No noise whatsoever when the blade is lifted off the ground. It weighs about 75 lbs so it doesn't exactly flap in the wind.

Thanks for the compliments. A lot of people say we're crazy for pushing snow with the Harley Davidson, but it's the only way it'll pay itself off, lol

    Is your truck only 2wd?

    It's 4WD

Why do you ask? I wouldn't dare spend that money on a 2WD hahaha

I think the front hubs being automatic threw him off. That's my only guess anyway.

i believe that they still have locking hubs but are the auto type so their is no need to get at the knob. so with the HD's they have the center cap that covers them.

I'm guessing they make the backdrag themselves....you can probably go to any local metalfab shop and they could help you!

Hey Chaos, couple questions for you. One, what is the thickness of the blade for the backdrag portion? Also do they work well without the rubber edge on them? I appreciate the pictures. I'm in the midst of making one and just wanting to make sure I get it right. Thanks Thad
