hey im looking into putting either a backrack or a pro rack on my 05' 2500HD. my question is with the rack are the stake pockets on the pickup bed still accesible?? i have a box i use for mulch and another for my leafbox and both go itnto the stake pockets. i do not want to have to take the back rack off everytime i wanna put the sides on the truck or the leaf box on. thanks for the help

To my knowledge (I had both brands), both utilized stake pockets to mount, so to answer your question, the stake pockets are no longer usable.

While on the subject of back racks, anyone know how high the rail for the tool box mount is? I want to add one to one of our trucks but it has a toolbox.

I think the only way you could accomplish this is to custom make one.
