back-rack back-ups

    "new guy" here looking for advice on where to mount back-up lights on a back-rack.:confused: i've heard somwhere that if you go too high you can get glare from the snow. i've also heard too low will give too much shadow. i have a reg. cab chev. and like to look out back window too. any expert advice would really be appreciated- thanks!

    mount them on the top of the bars the extend out
