Here are some pictures of the back drag in action. It works great. The pictures should be up on the www.backdragsnow.com in a day or so. I could only post five pictures if you would like more e-mail us at sales@backdragsnow.com or ajwatson314@hotmail.com. We have more pictures of the Western Pro Plow and the Boss V-Blade in action.

    So, what's the downside?
Does it make it do weird things going forward?
Why don't the manufactuers just put those on to begin with.

    cool pics BTW, thanks.

    Questions Answered

Q 1. The back drag blade wears at the same rate as the front edge does.

Q2. If we don't have your model we sell blank back drag edges that are 8'.-6" long that you cut down and drill or torch the holes in yourself. The blanks we sell and are similar to our Boss back drag blade we sell. They sandwich between the front cutting edge and the mold board.

Q3 A Blizzard model is coming. We are starting on it at the end of this month.

I've seen some pics of trip edge back drag blades on this site. They swing freely when you are pushing forward, and dig in when you pull back.

I assume you have to start with a new cutting edge on the front to match with the new cutting edge on the backdrag blade?
