I have 2 bright led spot lights I want to use when the high beams are on. I'm planing on adding them to my fisher plow. How would you guys wire them? Splice into the plow side high beam wire, or run a separate circuit and use the high beam wire to close a contact? I haven't put a multimeter on them so I'm not yet sure what they draw for amperage.

I put mine on a 100% independent circuit and switch with a 2 pin trailer connector at the bumper. I didn't want it tied to high beam circuit so they don't light if I need to flash someone. Don't want to be blinding people.
Something else to consider, if you tie it in truck side, you will have a live open plug when the plow is off.

    I'd add a separate switch.
On when no other lights are on....saves electricity.

Add a windmill for additional power.

I've spliced my 20in bar to highside.

What does the light bar draw for amperage?

You will be happier with separate switch like others have said. I wired up a cheap set from harbor freight, it's really easy.
